Forms and Registration

You can begin to register for activities and programs as soon as you receive your brochure. Registrations are open until an activity reaches maximum capacity. All registrations are taken on a first come-first served basis. Please register at least 72 hours prior to the start date of an activity…you could be the difference on whether or not an activity will run. Decisions on any necessary activity cancellations (due to lack of enrollment) are generally made 48 hours prior to the activity start date. Too often quality activities and trips are cancelled because too many people wait until the last minute to register. Almost every activity has a minimum number of enrollees needed to cover the expenses or to make it enjoyable. If you see an activity you like, don't hesitate to sign up to recreate! You must pre-register for all activities by downloading and completing the registration form below. DARC does not accept phone in registrations.

Registration forms can be mailed, faxed, or dropped off in person at the DARC Office.

Complete registration form (write clearly) and mail with full payment to DARC 114 Bell Tavern Road Downingtown, PA 19335. Enclose a check or money order made payable to “DARC.” If you are paying with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover please write your credit card information in the designated place on the bottom of the registration form. If you wish to fax in your registration our fax number is 610-269-9264. Regular office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. There is also a mail slot located in the front door of the office if you wish to submit registrations through the mail slot after regular office hours.

We do not typically send registration confirmations. You will only be contacted if the class is filled, cancelled, or if anything has been changed. Otherwise, just show up at the date/time/location indicated in the brochure. “No News is Good News.” If you would like a receipt mailed to you please include a self addressed stamped envelope with your registration; if you'd like it emailed to you, please include a note indicating that you would like a receipt emailed and make sure your email address is clearly printed.
